CONGRATULATIONS TO…
Tom and Ann's Wedding photoCongratulations to...
Ann Graziano and Tom Bourke who were married (where else but on a golf course) on May 30, 2009. Ann is the founder of the Albany ASGA chapter. Both Tom and Ann are past presidents and both have also served in many different leadership postions in our chapter. We wish them every happiness together.
Hole in One Jay
Hole in One Beth
Congratulations are in order for Jay Sullivan who scored a "Hole-in-One" on Sunday, Oct. 3rd at our final fomal outing  for 2004 at Orchard Creek Golf Club in Altamont, NY. on the 15th hole.  Way to go, Jay!!!

Congratulations to Beth Disque who scored her first hole-in-one on August 26, 2007, at an informal chapter outing at Eagle Crest Country Club. It happened on the136 yard par 3 sixth hole. Her teammates stood on the elevated tee and watched in awe as the perfect drive landed just to the right of the flag, and what seemed almost in slo-mo, rolled left and disappeared into the cup. Teammates Maddy Reid, Wayne Coulter, and Judy Axenson celebrated with a round of drinks at Ravenwoods Pub, compliments of the newest member to enter the exclusive Hole-In-One Club. Awesome Beth!

Wayne, Beth, and Joe at Orangebrook Golf course  Congratulations to Beth Disque, who on 02/20/09 made a hole in one on the 113 yard, 8th hole at Orangebrook Golf and Country Club in Hollywood, Florida.

This has officially been registered with the PGA and was witnessed by Wayne Coulter, Joe Candee and Roy Anderson.

 Beth's note -
When we got to the 8th hole, I jokingly suggested to Wayne and Joe  that we should all get a hole-in-one. It was a short hole (130 yds. from the white tees and 113 from the reds), straight-on to the  elevated green. Both Wayne and Joe's balls fell a little short of the  green due to the strong headwind. I thought my 7 wood was way too  much club, but the foursome behind us was already waiting and I  didn't want to take the time to get another club. I hit the ball and we  watched it roll uphill towards the hole. We couldn't see what happened, but I was sure the ball had gone over the green. What a shock when Roy, our 4th from Idaho, got up to the flag, looked at me and pointed down in the hole! We started celebrating as soon as the cart girl came by. Evidently Wayne is my lucky charm since he was with me when I got my other miraculous hole-in-one.
